Mangalore (India)-based Amaaaz Group, which is into sourcing of multiple products across the various industries like minerals, furniture and jewels, is looking for Indian exporters that are able to offer organic apparels with genuine certification. The company is also planning to increase its sourcing from India. Majeed Abdul, MD of the company, who recently visited India International Garment Fair (IIGF) to find such exporters, told Apparel Online, “We are into apparel trade from last three years and in this category, we are dealing purely with ‘organic’ only. I feel it is still difficult to get organic clothing suppliers in India.
